DicoM RMS
DicoM RMS Platform not only allows ourselves to manage each machines default factory operating settings it also facilitates remote machine dial in to run machine status and fault diagnostics. This platform provides two main advantages. The first being able to remotely connect to the machine with some common issues being solved by communicating directly with the machine user. The second for instances where a more detailed issue is reported, in most cases it allows ourselves to identify the error along with parts required prior to the arrival of our service engineer thus reducing machine downtime and costs.
DicoM Connect
DicoM Connect is a Client Platform which is linked to the RMS software. In brief, this is an easy to navigate dashboard for which the end users can utilise key built-in features to provide live information to support the management and operational performance of their equipment.
