How much does MasterCare cost?
Mastercare is available on new and refurbished equipment. A quotation for cover is available on request.
What happens if I have a breakdown?
In the event that of a breakdown, you can ring the dedicated service department on 01773 520565 and they will deal with all service-related issues.
If I’m not on MasterCare, what is the cost of a call-out if I have a breakdown?
All after-sales costs including service agreements and inspections are available on request from the service department.
How quickly do you respond to breakdowns?
Due to the location of our engineers across the UK, it is not uncommon for an engineer to attend on the same day that a callout is received, otherwise it is the following day.
What if you can’t fix the breakdown?
Mastercare covers genuine callouts, service inspections, parts and labour. This is subject to wear and tear, it does not cover vandalism or misuse of equipment.
